We here at PhotoDay know that the recent COVID-19 epidemic is affecting nearly every industry around the globe, and that especially includes our studios and partner labs. Precautions are rightfully being taken by many companies to ensure the health and safety of their employees and their loved ones, as well as local and state governments introducing mandates to shelter-in-place. This will undoubtedly influence the operations of many businesses, with our partner labs not being immune to these effects as well. We are working to place customer-facing messaging on the PhotoDay storefront that informs them that their orders might see delays in the coming weeks. Even if you are not using a lab that has been directly affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, your customers may still experience shipping delays through various channels. We encourage you to be as communicative and understanding as possible with your customers, ensuring them that their photos are in good hands, and will be delivered to them as promptly as possible.

Any further announcements regarding our labs will be added as an amendment to this post.
